The tours are suitability for children, seniors, and individuals with special needs. It is however the responsibility of the customer to disclose any conditions that might hinder participation in a given experience.
Customized tours are available on enquiry; we will tailor the tour according to your interests.
The full day tours are ± 8hours, the half day tours are 4hours on average. Overnight tours are 2nights and 3 days. Customised/private tours vary depending on the needs of the customer.
It is strongly recommended that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, health, accidents, and repatriation.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate in the tours.
- TravelGuide SouthAfrica is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the tour.
- Cancellations made by the customer must be in writing and are subject to the following charges:
- 50% of the total cost if cancelled more than 30 days before departure.
- 0% of the total cost if cancelled 14days or less before departure.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.
- TravelGuide SouthAfrica reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour dates will be offered.
Discounts are available for children between ages 2 and 12 years are available. Please ensure that you mention this during your booking to benefit from our kids discounts.
Clients are collected and dropped off anywhere in and around the Cape Town CBD. Pick up and drop offs can be organised at an additional fee for distances outside the 10km radius.
All tours are conducted in English; however, our guides understand IsiXhosa, Setswana, Zulu and basic German.
